Damitrans has a total of 6 cabins and 22 available berths. Majority of the cabins are 4-berth cabins, which are for families and groups of travelers, while the rest is 2-berth VIP cabins, which are specially designed for single and couple, who need private space for enjoying the trip. Wood is paneled in all cabins and the terraces of each carriage, following modern Western style which expresses elegant and simply superiority.
Amenities on Damitrans Express are other key features of this luxurious train. On limited area of the cabins, passengers are provided adequate items to fully enjoy their trip with this train, from food and drink to entertainment. Meals are not consisted in fare, but free snacks and water are offered for passengers during travel time without any charge, along with magazines and newspapers to amuse passengers. Moreover, air-conditioners are installed on all cabins, and light system is efficient to all use of passengers.

On the bright side, train tickets are reasonable. Even though our luggage was heavy, there was no extra fee. On the other hand, the toilet is not available in each cabin. It can be found at the end of each carriage, which is not convenient for the mother of 2 children like me.

The reason I am satisfied with the train's service is because of the following reasons: Firstly, the price of train tickets are quite cheap, offering a really budget price compared with other high-class trains. In particular, I can book tickets online on A's website, helping me keep track of the trip time and schedule. Next, fully equipped for those who desire to have a dream journey to Sapa. Each cabin has comfortable Deluxe 4 soft berths and convenience amenities, and you can be flexible by setting up a private VIP 2-berth-cabin upon request. Finally, The staff on the train are friendly and helpful. To sum up, the train was smooth and cost-effective.

The train departed on time and arrived in Sapa at the scheduled time. Our schedule hasn't changed much either. That's also the reason why we chose the train for this trip. The space is clean and spacious. My two sons are so excited with the bedding. Besides, event setup is also served in the cabin if you have any request.

Facilities are well-equipped, with clean and modern interiors, amenities include mattresses, blankets, pillows, personal reading lights, air conditioning and free mineral water, snacks and magazines in my cabin.

The cabin we stayed in had bunk beds, quite convenient for a group of 4 friends. We can talk and have dinner together while the train is moving. It was the most memorable memory of our trip. If I need to comment, I would also like to have a daytime train, so we can see the beautiful scenery around.

We booked VIP cabin on Damitrans and very happy with the quality and service. On the return trip we tried a different carriage but did not like it as much.
