4 day trekking to Ban Ho
This four-day trekking is challenging and interesting to those who are seeking the mysterious and the real beauty of forest. The trip starts by walking through amazing terraced rice paddies and lust pines to Muong Hoa Valley. Finishing a short walk around Tavan Village of Giay minority, we continue to visit charming Seomity village which lies in an attractive valley. During the second day, you will be surprised at the local culture found in Den Thang and Ta Trung Ho villages. Before that, it is a tough trekking when you go on foot uphill. However, you will definitely find it really interesting and relaxing once you are on the target. Taking the trip, one can enjoy the fresh air in Hoang Lien Son Mountain range famous for the highest peak of Indochina. From there, it is easy to get to some nearby minorities such as the Red Dao, the Nam Toong or Tay minority in Thanh Phu village. Here you can spend the night in their traditional stilt houses so that one’s able to get full knowledge about their daily life and food culture. Muong Bo River and Ban Lech Village are the two last destinations that you explore during four days. Again, you get your chance exploring the life of local minorities and perceive cultural beauty of various communities in this mountainous area.

Day 1: Sapa - Tavan - Seomity
Picked up at your hotel in Sapa by our local guide and then you will be transported to Muong Hoa valley, where your trek will begin at Tavan village of Giay minority. The first day trek will get uphill mostly, and lunch is served en route.
The trek is easier in the afternoon, with visit to Seomity village of Black Hmong minority before you get to the campsite, which is situated nearby a river outside of the village. You might have a walk around while our staff install the tents and cook dinner.
Day 2: Seomity – Den Thang - Ta Trung Ho
The trek today brings you passing spectacular rice terrace and rainforest. You will get to Den Thang village of Black Hmong by noon, where you stop for lunch at the side of a river or in a local school based on weather.
In the afternoon, the journey will get tougher on small footpath going up and down to Ta Trung Ho village of Red Dao minority where you have a night home-staying in local house. The night will be interesting because of hospitality from local tribal residents.
Day 3: Ta Trung Ho - Nam Toong – Thanh Phu
You will commence the trek today by go uphill to Nam Toong village of Red Dao minority. Here you have your lunch and sometimes to relax. After lunchtime, you go downhill to the valley where My Son village of Xa Pho minority is located. From there, you walk to Thanh Phu village of Tay minority, where you spend the night in local house of the Tay. Dinner is full of local specialties, and you might take a walk around while dinner is prepared.
Day 4: Thanh Phu – Ban Lech - Sapa
Having breakfast and leaving Thanh Phu, you then travel downhill to the Muong Bo River, pass the river and again go uphill to Ban Lech Village of the Red Dao. You have an hour exploring the lives of local people before our car appears to take you back home.
