They are Black Hmong, Red Dao, Tay and Xa Pho communities. The tour accommodation includes some interesting options. The first place you would settle in is a riverside campsite at the outskirt of a Hmong village. A Dao family will host your second night, before a Tay family hosts you for the third night. The journey takes you through the endless lush of jungles and valleys. Your eyes would be full of bamboo, rice paddies and old trees. You may need a certain level of fitness for the tour as the trek is rather challenging especially in the rain. The tour may be subject to change due to weather complication as the water level of the river may go up. You can take a trip then catch the train at Lao Cai Railway Station without coming back to Sapa.
