A journey through Muong Hoa to Hoang Lien National Park (6 Days)
Tired of your dull life at a cubicle with no par anomic views in sight? You ought to spend six wonderful days hiking through this tour. The tour starts at Sapa and then you are transferred back to Sapa. It is good if you plan to meet up with some friends after the tour or find a way to set off your next journey from Sapa. You need to be rather fit for this journey as in the tour you may need to hike/trek or do both up to five hours a day. It is best if you book the tour with a big group of company as it gets cheaper for each person in the large group. You only need to pay $476 for a tour in a group of eight. The tour sets off in Sapa. From there you can visit the surrounding village of Cat Cat, Y Linh Ho and Ta Van on the first day. For the next days in the journey, the trip take further down south of Sapa to the remote village of Nam Cum, Sin Chai. Then the course changes direction, your journey is finished in a loop. The villages further down south of Nam Cum and Sin Chai is rather worth the effort. It is unparalleled experience to immerse yourselves into the wildness and lush of this Northern mountains and valleys. The cultural interaction is at the intermediate level in which you can contact with local tribes and homestay with them.

Day 1: Sapa - Cat Cat - Y Linh Ho – Tavan
Our local guise meet at your hotel in Sapa and then lead you to Cat Cat village. Stop at the waterfall, you begin your walking journey by the side of this river, and then get to Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong tribe to relax and have lunch.
After lunch, you make you way to Muong Hoa valley, getting through Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority and Tavan village of Giay minority, where a homestay night is spent for you in local house of Giay minority. You might take a walk and witness breathtaking sceneries of the valley, or swim at the river.
Day 2: Tavan - Seomity
After having breakfast, you start today’s trek uphill until lunchtime. After lunch, you cross by Seomity village of Black Hmong tribal communities before you get to a campsite, which is situated nearby a river outer of the village. While we make the tent and cook dinner, you can take a walk around.
Day 3: Seomity – Den Thang - Ta Trung Ho
The trek today brings you passing spectacular rice terrace and rainforest. You will get to Den Thang village of Black Hmong by noon, where you stop for lunch at the side of a river or in a local school based on weather.
In the afternoon, the journey will get tougher on small footpath going up and down to Ta Trung Ho village of Red Dao minority where you have a night home-staying in local house. The night will be interesting because of hospitality from local tribal residents.
Day 4: Ta Trung Ho - Nam Toong – My Son – Thanh Phu
You will commence the trek today by go uphill to Nam Toong village of Red Dao minority. Here you have your lunch and sometimes to relax. After lunchtime, you go downhill to the valley where My Son village of Xa Pho minority is located. From there, you walk to Thanh Phu village of Tay minority, where you spend the night in local house of the Tay. Dinner is full of local specialties, and you might take a walk around while dinner is prepared.
Day 5: Thanh Phu - Nam Cum – Sin Chai
Today’s trek will be soft. Leaving Thanh Phu, you get on trekking path until stopping at a beautiful spot for lunch. When lunch finish, you walk toward Sin Chai village of Red Dao minority, where you will spend the night.
Day 6: Sin Chai - Thanh Phu – Ban Ho – Sapa
Right after leaving Sin Chai, you travel towards Ban Ho, with stop at waterfall for a refreshing swim. At Ban Ho, your lunch is served in a friendly local Tay family's house.
On some last hours of the trip, you make your way to Supan, where your car is waiting for you on journey back to Sapa.
